Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. If you receive an item that doesn’t match its description, contact us immediately.

All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out, we’ll notify you and either cancel the order or discuss alternatives.

4.3 Age Restrictions

Some products (like skateboards) may have age recommendations. You’re responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for the intended user.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline. We’ll send an order confirmation email – this isn’t acceptance, just acknowledgment we received your order.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We occasionally run promotions – these don’t apply to previous purchases unless stated.

5.3 Payment Methods

You authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method when your order is processed.

5.4 Order Processing

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

6.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may face customs fees – these are your responsibility.

6.3 Delivery Issues

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Boogie Boards (due to size/shipping constraints)
  • Wetsuits (hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged skateboard decks

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.

7.3 Return Process

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason for return
  • Refund or exchange preference

We’ll provide return instructions with an RMA number. For US returns, we provide a label. International returns ship to our El Paso address.

7.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (logos, designs, text, images) is our property or used with permission. You may not use it without our written consent.
