Shipping Information

Order Processing

We hustle to get your gear ready to ride:

  • Orders typically process in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships

Shipping Options

Choose the ride that works for you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

International Riders Note: We ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote areas). Customs fees may apply depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every piece of gear you get from us. If something’s not right:

  • 15-day window to request returns from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Boogie Boards (due to size and shipping constraints)
  • Wetsuits (hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged skateboard decks

Note: This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you return instructions with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack item securely in original packaging with all tags
  • Include the RMA number clearly on the package
  • For US returns: Use the return label we provide
  • For international returns: Ship to:

Skateboarders Pro Tip: When returning decks or completes, double-box them for protection during transit. We can’t process refunds for items damaged in return shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank processing times vary (typically 3-10 business days to appear on your statement)

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
