Our Return Policy
You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Boogie Boards (due to size and shipping constraints)
- Wetsuits (hygiene reasons)
- Any used or damaged skateboard decks
Note: This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return
Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you return instructions with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging and include all tags. Affix the return label we provide (for US returns) or ship to:

Important: For international returns, you’ll need to cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 business days to appear on your statement)
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem!
- We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Pro Tip for Skateboarders
When returning decks or completes, please double-box them for protection during transit. We can’t process refunds for items damaged in return shipping.
