How do I know what size to order for apparel?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for comfort, especially with wetsuits that need to fit snugly but allow movement.

Where does Sun Trip Wear ship?
We ship worldwide except to Asia and some remote locations. Our warehouse is based in El Paso, Texas, allowing us to efficiently serve customers across North America, Europe, Australia, and other regions.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Express Delivery ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with 1-2 day processing and 10-15 day delivery after shipping. Includes real-time tracking.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS with 1-2 day processing and 15-25 day delivery after shipping. Tracking available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
My package seems delayed. What should I do?
First, check your tracking information for updates. Some remote locations may experience slightly longer transit times. If your package hasn’t moved in 5 business days or you have concerns, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll investigate.
